The Youth Center offers organized instructional programs for physical activities such as dance, yoga, and martial arts and for academic and arts programs such as science, crafts, and theater. The Center supports opportunities for youth to develop their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive abilities and to experience achievement, leadership, enjoyment, friendship, and recognition. In some cases, children as young as six years old will use a Youth Center, but usually only if special programs are in place to accommodate them. Contact us at 63 or stop in to see us at the Front Desk during normal operating hours.The Youth Center is a social and recreational center intended primarily for use by children ages 11 to 18 years. The City of Arnold Rec Center also offers three (3) Meeting Rooms available for rental for meetings or parties. For more information about our Party Packages and Indoor Pool Rentals, contact 63. Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis, so book early in order to not be disappointed. Parties can be held in our Party Room and can include use of our Indoor Pool.

You can also register for Leagues and Youth Athletics offered year round at the Rec Center. The Rec Center’s Fitness Center, walking track, and gym are available for use by Members and their Guests. Personalized Personal Trainer packages also are offered at the Rec Center. Check the individual class page links at right to find dates and times. Classes in Adult Fitness, Youth Fitness, Aquatics Fitness, and Swimming are offered throughout the year. The City of Arnold Rec Center offers Classes for the enjoyment of all ages. Situated on a beautiful 23-acre site shared with Jefferson County College and the Jefferson County Library, our state-of-the-art Arnold Recreational Center has two levels, with an indoor leisure pool and an outdoor leisure pool with concession stand. The top level hosts three full-size meeting rooms, a 3-lane walking track that overlooks the full two-court gym below, and a spacious lounge complete with a large seating area, air hockey, pool table, and foosball for members to relax and play games. The lower level offers a weight room, full two-court gym, fitness center, indoor pool, locker rooms, and a party room. The City of Arnold Recreation Center is a great place for children, teens, adults, families, and seniors to socialize and exercise.
